I love Lost. The story is brilliant and all the lead actors are amazing.

The majority of extras, however, are horrible. My girlfriend and I are constantly rewinding and laughing at the terrible over-acting of the extras (her particular favorite moment was the ‘Hurley’s birthday party’ scene, where all of the background extras had to wear pointy birthday party hats. How humiliating; you audition for the biggest show on television and are forced to wear an idiotic hat during your big moment).

I also love the terrible wigs the actors wear for the age regression scenes. Especially Locke, who looks like a Lego person when they try to make him younger. Kate’s hairpieces are also fairly hideous, and Ben’s ‘ten-years-ago’ wigs are so bad the director would be better off just spraying Michael Emerson’s head with ‘Hair in a Can.’

As far as what’s really going on, I believe the final episode will reveal that the entire time they’ve actually been on Staten Island, stuck in line at Motor Vehicles.
